Mytchett Children's Centre

We want our centre to be come the first, local port of call for all families with young children, whether they need advice or support on their childs health, development or care, or help with the challenges parents face everyday in bringing up their children in the crucial early years. We're working along side local families with under fives, providing information, advice and a wide range of services.

Some areas of our web site provide great family entertainment - here you and your children can play some of the great games and if you are new to using computers this will help you get used to using the mouse and keyboard, whilst having fun! Click here for Games.

Are you a new mum?
We host a FANTASTIC four week course here at our centre,
especially for new mummies within our local area.
Click here for information about it,
and we hope to welcome you to our centre soon!

PETITION: Provide additional funding to councils to protect Children's Centres

PETITION: Provide additional funding to councils to protect Children's Centres

Surrey's 58 children's centres could see funding dramatically reduced as proposed cuts of £10million to early help services are approved.

The draft Early Help Strategy for 2018-22, aimed at identifying when a child needs support at the earliest opportunity, includes savings of £9.71m because reduced government funding means cost cutting is needed. However there are concerns that the reduction in funding for children's centres will have an impact on those families that use them.

Please sign this PETITION to protect your local children's centre. 10,000 signatures are needed for the government to respond to this petition and 100,000 signatures are needed for this petition to be considered for debate in parliament.
